This is a 12 monthsFixed-Term, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking an experienced senior administrator to support the work of the Conference Office of the Methodist Church, managing administrative functions in a professional, positive and customer focused way. This  position is Maternity cover, and will be a 12 month FTC. 

  • The postholder will take responsibility for particular work areas, processes and tasks, using their own initiative to ensure that deadlines are met. 
  • The post holder will have proven abilities as an administrator, ideally in a complex organisation. 
  • They will be a team player able to work closely with a wide range of individuals across the organisation.
  • They will have strong interpersonal skills that enable them to develop effective relationships.
  • They will be motivated to deliver good ‘customer service’ and understand what this looks like from the perspective of the ‘customer’.   
  • They will have a flexible and proactive approach to work, with strong attention to detail, which enables them to prioritise and proactively manage multiple and changing priorities.
  • The Senior Administrator is required to embrace fully the ethos of the Methodist Church.
